Refund policy
Exchanges & Returns
We have a 15-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Please note the additional following criteria:
- Please Include a note with your Order Number, if you have it available
- All items must be brand new, unwashed, and hair-free. KiiOui will not exchange or return any products that were damaged as a result of chewing or biting.
- KiiOui is not responsible for returning back an item that does not meet the criteria above. Please contact us if any questions.
- Customer is responsible for any and all associated shipping costs to mail back any returns/exchanges. USPS is generally the cheapest way to return or exchange products, but you may use the courier of your choice. KiiOui does not provide free return labels.

Once the return or exchange is received, inspected, and approved based on our policy above, please allow 2-3 days for processing. If you request a return, credit is applied to your original form of payment usually within 24-48 hours. If you request an exchange, please email us at contact@kiioui.com to ensure that we still have stock left of the size/item you are requesting.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items, gift cards and pet care goods (such as waste bags). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
